BSI Group is seeking a Social Auditor to drive compliance with social, environmental, and ethical standards across the supply chain. You will conduct independent audits, support ESG initiatives, and help continually improve responsible business practices in a global context.

You will work with cross-functional teams, liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to meet program KPIs, while expanding your knowledge of legislation and industry trends in an international setting.

Competenze

• Proven experience in social auditing and ESG topics.
• Professional proficiency in English and at least one other European language.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage audit documents and meet program KPIs.
• Willingness to operate in an international context.

Mansioni

• Perform internal and supplier audits under Lead Auditor guidance per BSI and client requirements
• Manage audit documents to meet program specifications
• Provide ESG topic support to business developers, Sales, and Program Managers
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders on technical queries
• Maintain and develop skills in management systems, industry programs, and trends
• Develop knowledge of local health and safety, environment, and labour legislation
• Achieve audit KPIs defined by client/program or Program Manager
• Perform other project tasks as assigned

As a Social Auditor at BSI, you drive compliance with social, environmental, and ethical standards across the supply chain.
