Integrity360 is seeking a Senior IT & Security Administrator to join our Verona-based on-site team. You will oversee Windows and Linux server environments, AD, GPOs, DNS, and VMware-based infrastructure within a security-focused, high-availability setting.
The role blends system administration with security operations, incident response, and continuous improvement of controls and processes. Fluency in English and Italian is essential for collaboration across multiple teams and regions.

Administer and manage the relevant infrastructure in compliance with industry best practices, policies and standards in force within the area of application.
Continuously develop technical knowledge and contribute to the improvement of operational processes, procedures and security controls.
This role requires the successful candidate to work full time on-site at a Verona location.
The ideal candidate will combine strong IT infrastructure experience with a solid understanding of security operations and security best practices.
The successful candidate will operate within a complex, business-critical and security-focused environment. The role involves supporting multiple technologies, infrastructures and operational processes, requiring strong adaptability, sound judgment and a structured approach to problem solving. Due to the nature of the environment, adherence to established procedures, confidentiality requirements and security controls is essential.
