Technoprobe S.p.A. cerca un professionista IT per gestire e mantenere infrastrutture Windows Server, virtualizzazione, storage e servizi chiave.

Il ruolo comprende gestione di Active Directory, Azure, Intune e Microsoft 365, nonché identità ibride e sicurezza, con attività di monitoraggio, backup e disaster recovery. È richiesto almeno 5 anni di esperienza, ottima conoscenza di PowerShell e capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo in un contesto internazionale.

Competenze

• Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in IT infrastructure o system administration, inclusa gestione di ambienti ibridi.
• Conoscenza avanzata di Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP e Group Policy.
• Esperienza con piattaforme di virtualizzazione (VMware vSphere o Hyper-V).
• Esperienza con Microsoft Azure e servizi Microsoft 365.
• Conoscenza di Microsoft Entra ID, gestione identità ibride, MFA e Conditional Access.
• Esperienza con Intune per gestione dispositivi, compliance e deployment software.
• Conoscenza di soluzioni di backup, procedure di ripristino e test di restore.
• Buona conoscenza delle reti TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewall e VPN.
• Utilizzo di PowerShell per amministrazione e automazione.
• Buona capacità di troubleshooting e approccio strutturato agli incidenti.

Mansioni

• Gestire e mantenere ambienti Windows Server, piattaforme di virtualizzazione, storage e servizi infrastrutturali core (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
• Gestire risorse Microsoft Azure (VM, storage, networking, accessi e monitoraggio) secondo standard IT aziendali.
• Gestire Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive e Teams).
• Gestire identità ibride e accesso tramite AD e Microsoft Entra ID (sincronizzazione, MFA, Conditional Access).
• Gestire Intune per configurazione endpoint, conformità e deployment software in collaborazione con help desk.
• Monitorare disponibilità, prestazioni e capacity; indagare incidenti, individuare cause radice e implementare azioni correttive.
• Mantenere backup e recovery, verificate le operazioni e condurre restore periodici.
• Applica aggiornamenti OS, patch di sicurezza e hardening in coord. con security.
• Supportare connettività LAN/WAN/VPN/firewall, collaborando con network specialist e provider.
• Automatizzare attività ripetitive con PowerShell e redigere documentazione tecnica.
• Contribuire ad upgrade infrastrutturali, migrazioni cloud e miglioramenti di servizi seguendo cambio gestione.
• Fornire supporto tecnico di secondo livello e coordinare escalation a fornitori e team IT.

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, virtualization platforms, storage systems and core infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Manage Microsoft Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage, networking, access permissions and monitoring, in accordance with corporate IT standards.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams.
• Manage hybrid identities and access through Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including synchronization, multifactor authentication and Conditional Access.
• Manage endpoint configuration, compliance and software deployment through Microsoft Intune, working with the help desk team.
• Monitor infrastructure availability, performance and capacity; investigate incidents, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain backup and recovery processes, verify backup completion and perform regular restore tests to support business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Apply operating system updates, security patches and configuration hardening in coordination with corporate IT and security teams.
• Support LAN, WAN, VPN and firewall connectivity, collaborating with network specialists and external providers.
• Automate recurring administration tasks using PowerShell and maintain technical documentation, configuration records and operating procedures.
• Contribute to infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations and service improvements, assessing operational impact and following change management procedures.
• Provide second-level technical support and coordinate escalations to vendors and corporate IT teams.

Requisiti

• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration, including hands‑on work with hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Good knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper‑V.
• Hands‑on experience administering Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Microsoft 365 services.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity management, multifactor authentication and Conditional Access.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance policies and application deployment.
• Experience with enterprise backup solutions, recovery procedures and restore testing.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, firewalls and VPN technologies.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell for administration and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a structured approach to incident resolution.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize activities and collaborate with local and international IT teams.
• Good written and spoken English.

Experience with Linux administration, infrastructure as code and cloud cost optimization would be an advantage. Relevant Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 or virtualization certifications are a plus.
