Job summary

Integrity360 is seeking a Senior IT & Security Administrator to join our Verona-based on-site team. You will oversee Windows and Linux server environments, AD, GPOs, DNS, and VMware-based infrastructure within a security-focused, high-availability setting.

The role blends system administration with security operations, incident response, and continuous improvement of controls and processes. Fluency in English and Italian is essential for collaboration across multiple teams and regions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Italian both required.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with virtualization, particularly VMware.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux administration, including command-line tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux server environments.
• Manage Active Directory services, GPOs, DNS and related infrastructure services.
• Support infrastructure hardening, secure configuration management and patch management activities.
• Ensure availability, reliability and operational effectiveness of business-critical systems.
• Administer and maintain virtualized environments, including VMware platforms.
