Golden Goose cerca un talento appassionato per costruire l’esperienza cliente attraverso la co-creazione di prodotti distintivi. Il ruolo prevede interazione diretta con i clienti in negozio, guida nell’esperienza personalizzata e nel racconto del brand, con attenzione a velocità e qualità del servizio.

Part-time 20 ore settimanali a Milano; che si occupa di supportare vendita, inventario, conformità GDPR e utilizzo di strumenti digitali.

Qualifications

• Fluenza in italiano e inglese richiesta.
• Esperienza di vendita preferibile nel retail o customer service.
• Abilità di problem solving e gestione del tempo.
• Competenze artistiche e disegno manuale (marker, acquerello, pittura).
• Empatia, buone capacità comunicative e spirito di squadra.

Responsibilities

• Co-create personalizzati prodotti GG con i clienti usando disegno e illustrazione.
• Guidare i clienti attraverso un’esperienza di co-creazione in store, mantenendo i valori del brand.
• Supporto attivo nel processo di vendita con cross-selling e up-selling, incluse attività pre/ post vendita.
• Garantire registrazione corretta dei clienti sull’App Golden per segmentazione e profiling.
• Mantenere l’area di co-creazione in condizioni ottimali secondo visual merchandising.
• Supportare procedure di apertura/chiusura, inventario, GDPR e norme di sicurezza.
• Utilizzare strumenti digitali (Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, Stealth) per migliorare processi e coinvolgimento.

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a passionate talent to build our customer experience.

MISSION

The Sneaker Maker role is centered around Co-creation services transforming GG items into distinctive pieces that resonate with client needs and identity. This position is not just about crafting custom sneakers, it is an invitation to inspire and deeply connect with clients, offering a personalized and empathetic co-creation experience that fosters durable connections with the brand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Co-create personalized GG products with the clients employing a variety of drawing and illustration techniques;
• Guide clients through a unique co-creation experience, maintaining the brand’s values and storytelling throughout their journey in the store;
• Play a proactive role in the sales process, aiming to meet business goals through strategic cross-selling and up-selling. Support encompasses pre-sale and post-sale activities (including inventory management and customer loyalty efforts), contributing broadly to the store’s operations;
• Ensure that customers are properly registered on the Golden App for effective customer segmentation and profiling;
• Maintain the co-creation area in good conditions adhering to our visual merchandising standards;
• Assist with store operational procedures, including opening/closing, inventory management, and maintaining compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards;
• Utilize IT and digital tools effectively to enhance business processes and customer engagement (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth).

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in Italian and English. Additional language knowledge will be considered as a plus, reflecting our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
• Sales Experience: previous experience preferably in retail/ Customer service sector is considered as a plus.
• Problem solving and time management skills
• Artistic skills and hand-drawings abilities (marker, watercolor, acrylic painting, little embroidery and basic sewing skills)
• Empathy, solid communication and interpersonal skills, strong team attitudes
• Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the business and our customers.
• High school degree at least (design field is preferable)
• Location: Milan
• Part Time 20 h/week
