Beiersdorf SpA in Milano is offering a Shopper & Customer Marketing Intern position focused on turning consumer insights into impactful in-store experiences and supporting product launches. You will analyze sales data, track campaigns, and work with Marketing and Sales to align activities with brand goals.

Ideal candidates are business/marketing/economics students or recent graduates with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, fluent in Italian and English, eager to learn, and ready to contribute

Competenze

Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
University student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Mansioni

Support planning and execution of trade marketing activities, including promotions and in-store campaigns.
Analyze monthly sales and product performance data.
Identify opportunities for growth and share recommendations with the team.
Track campaign effectiveness and help optimize future initiatives.
Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to align trade activities with brand priorities.
