Job summary

Mytheresa is seeking a Junior Size & Fit Specialist (f/m/d) to join our Size & Fit team in Milan, based on-site at our Milan office. You will collaborate with the live model team to prepare size & fit information for SKUs, conduct market research, and support freelancers to ensure alignment with our DNA and standards.

This entry role offers growth within a fast-paced luxury e-commerce environment. Starting annual gross base salary: €24,300.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Size & Fit field.
• Bachelor degree in fashion marketing or similar.
• Understanding of Women and Menswear international sizing.
• Knowledge of product category: Ready to wear and accessories.
• Organized, reliable and team player.
• Resilient with a problem solving mentality in a fast-paced environment.
• English written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Alongside the live model team on set produce the size & fit information for all skus assigned within your shooting list.
• Ensure all skus in the shooting list are complete with high standards and in a timely manner.
• Conduct proactive market and competitor research to identify industry trends and strategic opportunities.
• Align with the other Size & Fit specialists to organize model rotation.
• Be a source of knowledge when it comes to size & fit as well as fabrics.
• Provide guidance to the freelancer team to ensure they are aligned with our DNA and standards.
• Proactively flag blockers and present solutions to the Size & Fit Team Lead to support consistency and precision.
