Job summary

Mytheresa is seeking an on-site Size & Fit specialist in Milano to work with the live model team. You will produce size & fit information for all SKUs, ensure completeness and high standards, and conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

The role requires 1-3 years in Size & Fit, a fashion marketing degree, and strong English skills. You will collaborate with the freelancer team and help maintain Mytheresa's DNA and standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce size & fit information for all SKUs in shooting list
• Ensure SKUs are complete with high standards and timely

• Align with Size & Fit specialists to organize model rotation
• Be a knowledge source on size & fit and fabrics
• Provide guidance to freelancer team to align with DNA and standards
• Flag blockers and present solutions to Size & Fit Team Lead for consistency

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Alongside the live model team on set produce the size & fit information for all skus assigned within your shooting list


• Ensure all skus in the shooting list are complete with high standards and in a timely manner


• Conducting proactive market and competitor research to identify industry trends and strategic opportunities


• Align with the other Size & Fit specialists to organize model rotation


• Be a source of knowledge when it comes to size & fit as well as fabrics


• Provide guidance to the freelancer team to ensure they are aligned with our DNA and standards


• Proactively flag blockers and present solutions to the Size & Fit Team Lead in order to support with consistency and precision regarding the information transmitted to our customers

WHO YOU ARE

• 1-3 years of experience working within the Size & Fit field


• Bachelor degree in fashion marketing or similar


• Understanding of Women and Menswear international sizing


• Knowledge of product category: Ready to wear and accessories


• Organized, reliable and team player


• Resilient with a problem solving mentality, able to work in a fast past environment

Starting annual gross base salary: €24.300. Final compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications and objective, gender-neutral criteria applied during the selection process.
