Job summary

Mytheresa is seeking a Junior Size & Fit Specialist to join our Milan office. You will work with the live model team to produce size & fit information for all SKUs in your shooting list, ensuring completeness and high standards. Collaborate with fellow specialists to align model rotation and uphold our brand DNA.

We expect 1–3 years in Size & Fit, a fashion marketing degree, and strong English skills. The role offers staff discounts, language courses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in size & fit.
• Bachelor's degree in fashion marketing or similar.
• Understanding of women’s and men’s international sizing.
• Knowledge of ready-to-wear and accessories.

• Resilient with a problem solving mindset.
• English written and verbal skills.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Work with live model team on set to produce size & fit data for all SKUs in the shooting list.
• Ensure SKUs in the list are complete with high standards and timely.
• Conduct proactive market and competitor research to identify trends.
• Coordinate model rotation with other Size & Fit specialists.
• Be a knowledge source on size & fit and fabrics.
• Guide freelancers to align with DNA and standards.
• Flag blockers and propose solutions to maintain consistency.
