Mytheresa is hiring a Junior Size & Fit Specialist (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office. You will work with the live model team to ensure size & fit data for shooting SKUs and support with fabrics knowledge.

You should have 1–3 years in Size & Fit, a degree in fashion marketing or similar, and strong English skills. The role offers on-site work with great benefits and staff discounts.

Competenze

• 1‑3 years experience in Size & Fit
• Bachelor degree in fashion marketing or similar
• Understanding of Women and Menswear international sizing
• Knowledge of Ready-to-Wear and accessories
• Organized, reliable and a team player
• Problem-solving in fast-paced environments
• English written and verbal skills
• Computer literate

Mansioni

• Produce size & fit information for all SKUs in shooting list with live model team
• Ensure SKUs in shooting list are complete with high standards and timely
• Conduct proactive market and competitor research to identify trends
• Align with Size & Fit specialists to organize model rotation
• Be a source of knowledge on size & fit and fabrics
• Guide freelancers to align with company DNA and standards
• Flag blockers and present solutions to Size & Fit Team Lead for consistency and accuracy in customer information
