Job summary

Barry Callebaut Group in San Sisto (Perugia), Italy, seeks a highly motivated Site Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The role represents supply chain in the local plant management team and will implement raw material call-offs, production scheduling, in-plant logistics and inventory control.

The main objective is to deliver the site supply plan while ensuring safety, environmental compliance and strong KPI performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor or master degree in business administration, economics or similar.
APIC CPIM certified.
Proven experience in senior supply chain management role.
Strong communication & presentation skills.
Ability to lead and manage change in a complex environment.
Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

Responsible for overall performance of the site supply chain process.
Owns raw material and packaging replenishment at the site.
Owns production scheduling activity of the site.
Owns inventory management for raw material, packaging and finished goods on site.
Owns warehousing and transport for flows to and from the site.
Develops and maintains relation with internal and external stakeholders involved in supply chain.
Cascades and monitors KPIs to deliver expected performance benefits (Site OTIF, schedule adherence, inventory accuracy).
Drives continuous improvement and ensures compliance with regulations and group standards.
