Job summary

Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA. is seeking a Site Supply Chain Manager at the San Sisto (Perugia) plant to lead the site’s supply chain.

The role is responsible for raw material replenishment, production scheduling, in-plant logistics and inventory control, and collaboration with global planning to meet the site’s supply plan. The position requires a bachelor or master in business or economics, strong English, and proven senior SCM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, economics or similar.
• APIC CPIM certified (preferred).
• Proven experience in senior supply chain management role.
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and manage change in a complex environment.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Overall performance of the site supply chain process.
• Owns production scheduling activity at the site.
• Owns inventory management on site for raw materials, packaging and finished goods.
• Owns warehousing and transport for flows to and from the site.
