Job summary

LyondellBasell in Gorla Maggiore, Italy, is seeking a Site Manager to oversee production and on-site logistics at the Gorla APS facility, ensuring safe, environmentally responsible, and cost-efficient operations in line with company policies and local laws.

You will lead the site team, manage succession planning, and maintain industrial relations, while championing safety and Lean initiatives to drive zero-accident performance and reliable delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• Degree in chemistry/chemical engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 8+ years of leadership experience.
• Proficient in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct production and on-site logistics at Gorla site.
• Represent the company with public administration, unions, and external entities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Oversee budgeting, headcount planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
