Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking an HSE Prevention & Protection Specialist in Riese Pio X, Italy, to collaborate with the HSE Manager on risk assessment and prevention measures. You will identify risk factors, monitor changes in safety and environmental practices, and participate in annual safety meetings and audits.

The role requires knowledge of Italian HSE regulations and English proficiency, with opportunities to engage with suppliers and improve safety programs across facilities.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in a relevant safety/engineering field with experience.
Knowledge of Italian HSE regulations (81/2008, 152/2006).
Experience applying HSE concepts in industrial settings.
English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with HSE Manager in risk assessment and planning of prevention measures.
Identify and evaluate risk factors within the company.
Monitor dynamics of safety and environmental resources and report risks in writing.
Participate in annual health and safety consultations with stakeholders.

Skills

Good knowledge of English

Education

Technical high school diploma + 3 years experience

Bachelor/Master in Prevention and Protection Techniques

Industrial or Environmental Engineering

Environmental Science Technology

ASPP training certificates (Leg. Decree 81/2008)
