Amazon is seeking a focused recent graduate to join the HR team as an HR Partner at the Fulfillment Center in Italy. You will serve as front line HR representative to Team Leads and Area Managers, helping drive an engaging Associate experience and address queries.

You will support employee relations, investigations, and HR projects while collaborating with operations and HR teams to implement programs and improve the workplace environment.

• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
• Current student that will have completed university degree before the start date OR graduated within the last 24 months.

We are looking for an exceptionally talented, bright and driven recent graduate to join our Human Resources team as a HR Partner. The HR Partner will be the front line HR representative to the Team Lead and Area Manager client group in the Amazon Fulfillment Center. As an integral part of the HR team, you will help drive a positive Associate experience through facilitating engagement activities and managing complex Associate queries. You will address low-risk employee cases (including conflict resolutions) and support investigations for employee relations issues. In addition, you will partner with operations and HR teams to execute standard company-wide programs actively seeking opportunities to invent and simplify.

Annual Base Salary: EUR 33,600

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HRIS Systems
• Experience working with basic employment law and HR or payroll practices
• Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment
• Bachelor's degree or above in human resources
• Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders across various levels of seniority

The minimum gross base salary for this position is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For part‑time hours, the salary will be pro-rated.

Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher salary and/or level, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience. Amazon's package may include a sign on payment. In addition, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA.

Your recruiting team will share final salary and any restricted stock unit scheme if applicable, depending on skills and requirements.
