Amazon is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to drive operational excellence and organizational health across multiple Italian sites. You will partner with Field Leaders, site leadership, and General Managers to influence strategic discussions and improve employee experience.

You will balance tactical execution with strategic insight, leveraging data and HR technology to identify risks, support change, and foster an inclusive environment with strong floor presence across facilities.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
Knowledge of local labor law.
Experience as a human resource generalist.
Experience with HR theory, functions and practice, performance appraisal systems and staff development.
Experience supporting hourly employee client group.
Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.

Mansioni

Foster two-way communication through Voice of the Associate programs, roundtables, and GEMBA walks, driving timely resolutions and strengthening employee-leadership relationships.
Partner with site leaders and safety teams to ensure consistent execution of safety standards and programs, and drive engagement initiatives.
Lead data-driven HR initiatives and use AI tools to uncover patterns, predict risks, and influence senior stakeholders.
Coach business leaders on people management, performance feedback, and organizational development to strengthen health and leadership capabilities.
