Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an Enterprise Systems Specialist to support the implementation, lifecycle management, and ongoing operation of critical enterprise applications at the manufacturing site level.

You will coordinate between site business users, Global IT, ERP teams, and vendors, guiding requirements, testing, training, and go-live, while supporting the PMX decommissioning to SAP and ensuring continuity of existing systems.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS/IT or related field.
Experience supporting enterprise app implementations and lifecycle management.
Strong understanding of warehouse, material management, supply chain, quality, or related processes.
Understanding regulated manufacturing environments and CSV is preferred.
Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial.

Mansioni

Act as the main site-level IT coordination, support, and governance contact for assigned applications.
Build relationships with Supply Chain, Quality, Warehouse, Manufacturing, ERP teams, and vendors.
Coordinate lifecycle activities across requirements, design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and support.
Support and oversee PMX decommissioning and transition of processes to SAP.
Ensure documentation readiness and support compliance, audits, and validation.
Coordinate vendors and external partners for incidents, changes, upgrades.
