SoTalent is seeking an IT Manager for a manufacturing environment to oversee critical IT systems, ERP, and digital transformation initiatives. The role blends hands-on IT operations with strategic development, ensuring business continuity and effective integration across MES, WMS, and enterprise platforms.
The successful candidate will work with production teams and external partners to optimize IT infrastructure, translate operational needs into technology solutions, and lead IT projects across
Competenze
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing corporate information systems in manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience with ERP solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives in a manufacturing setting.
Mansioni
- Ensure operational continuity of corporate IT systems and quick response to issues.
- Manage and support the enterprise application environment, including ERP (MS Dynamics), MES and WMS.
- Coordinate external IT suppliers and partners, monitoring priorities and SLAs.
- Collaborate with production teams to support industrial processes and Industry 4.0 integrations.
- Oversee IT infrastructure including servers, networking, backup, and business continuity.
