Job summary

Dayco is seeking a senior SIOP Manager EMEA to orchestrate the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process across the Aftermarket business. The role leads the digital transition to a concurrent planning environment using Kinaxis Maestro to boost agility and working capital.

Responsibilities include acting as Maestro SME, guiding monthly SIOP cycles, aligning demand with forecasts, and collaborating with Operations, Finance and Customer Service to optimize inventory and service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in demand and supply planning in Automotive.
• S&OP and global supply chain experience is a strong asset.
• Fluency in English and a related degree are required.
• ERP experience (SAP / Oracle / CMS) and MM/PP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kinaxis Maestro SME activities and ensure Maestro is the single source of truth.
• Drive concurrent planning, aligning demand with supply and capacity in real time.
• Lead monthly SIOP cycles, forecast alignment, and executive reconciliation.
• Manage inventory optimization, KPIs, and data-driven performance insights.
