Job summary

Canali, Milano-based luxury menswear house, seeks a Sales Associate for its showroom to drive collections, engage clients, and close orders. You will prepare materials, present collections, and manage the sales process, including order entry and post-sale follow-up.

Ideal candidates have luxury retail experience, strong sales aptitude, excellent English, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to identify opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sales Associate at a showroom, preferably luxury menswear brands.
• Strong aptitude for sales activities.
• Good relational and selling skills.
• Proactivity and results orientation.
• Excellent knowledge of English; other languages a plus (Spanish/German/French/Russian).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with digital tools.
• Precision and accuracy in entering orders into the system.
