Giorgio Armani, gruppo leader nel fashion e lusso, cerca un addetto Contabilità da inserire nell’Ufficio Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo. Si occuperà di revisionare e registrare fatture, supportare i pagamenti mensili e la gestione di beni patrimoniali, collaborando con i diversi team.

Richiesta esperienza, Excel avanzato e conoscenza SAP FI. La posizione è a Milano, con salario base indicato tra 25.000 e 30.000 euro all’anno, CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi, e si privilegia la

Competenze

• Diploma di scuola superiore in contabilità e/o laurea in economia.
• Almeno 1 anno di esperienza in un ruolo analogo.
• Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office, Excel; SAP FI è un plus.
• Fluente in italiano e inglese (scrittura e parlato); francese è un plus.
• Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli.

Mansioni

• Revisionare, verificare e registrare le fatture.
• Revisionare, verificare e preparare la pianificazione mensile dei pagamenti.
• Supporto nella gestione della contabilità beni strumentali e capitalizzazione.
• Collaborare con il team amministrativo per l'accuratezza dei dati finanziari.
• Interfacciarsi con altri team contabili e il Tesoro.
• Eseguire riconciliazioni tra transazioni intercompany e conti sospesi.
• Supporto nella preparazione delle dichiarazioni fiscali periodiche.
• Gestione delle procedure amministrative e documentazione quotidiana.

Context and purpose

You will join the Administration, Finance and Control Department, specifically within the Retail General Accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, verifying, and recording invoices


• Reviewing, verifying, and preparing the monthly payment schedule


• Support in the management of fixed assets accounting and capitalization processes


• Collaborating with the administrative team to ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial data, including the recording of accruals and provisions for monthly closing activities


• Liaising with other accounting teams and the Treasury Department


• Performing reconciliations of intercompany transactions and suspense accounts


• Supporting the preparation of periodic tax returns and related tax compliance activities


• Managing administrative procedures and documentation required for the company's day-to-day operations

Descrizione profilo:

Requirements

• High school diploma in Accounting and/or Degree in Economics


• At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role


• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel; knowledge of SAP FI will be considered a plus


• Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken); knowledge of French will be considered a plus


• Strong accuracy and attention to detail

The base salary range for this position is 25.000 - 30.000 euros, CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
