Henkel Italy invites applications for an Internship as Shopper Marketing Manager Assistant in Milano. You will analyze and monitor customer and brand performance (Sell-In and Sell-Out) and support shopper marketing projects in collaboration with the multifunctional team (Sales, Marketing).

You will have opportunities to engage with agencies and external research partners, shaping consumer promotions and category initiatives. English fluency is required and Italian is mandatory.

Competenze

• Undergraduate/Graduate with Master Degree in Marketing/Economics/Management.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Fluent English; Italian is mandatory.
• Proficient MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Analyze and monitor customer & brand performance (Sell-In/Sell-Out) and KPIs.
• Support shopper marketing team in project development (consumer promos, category projects).
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage relationships with agencies, external research institutes, and clients.
