Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a Shop Management Intern to join the Retail Department of the BasicNet Group, based in Turin. This role involves working closely with the team to support the supervision and management of a network of stores.

Key Responsabilities

• Analysis of store performance across assigned locations
• Management of stock allocation, orders, and returns within the relevant systems
• Analysis of product performance within stores
• Monitoring and control of merchandise shipments
• Maintenance and improvement of the store management system
• Support to affiliates/stores to enhance sales performance
• Administrative back-office activities
• Management of store-related operations
• Interaction and collaboration with other Retail Department teams: Merchandising, Marketing, and Visual

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good familiarity with and aptitude for new technologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Dynamics is a plus
• Knowledge of French is aplus
