Superga is seeking an experienced Sales Assistant for their store in Florence. The candidate will be responsible for providing customer service excellence and maintaining the store's appearance to encourage sales. Applicants should have prior retail experience, strong communication skills, and a good command of the English language. The role is a full-time fixed-term contract from August to December, with an annual gross salary around €25,000, plus benefits.

Who We\'re Looking For

For our Superga store in Firenze we are looking for experienced Sales Assistants.

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness and completeness of the range. You will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.
• Supporting the customer in the sale;
• Maintaining, managing and handling merchandise on display;
• Replenishing stock in order to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the department;
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store;
• Managing fitting rooms following company guidelines;

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required

• Previous experience as Sales Assistant in established retail reality (fashion and footwear field);
• Excellent knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules.

Placement on a fixed-term contract (August - December), full time (40 hours per week).

This role comes with an annual gross salary of around 25.000, plus a range of company benefits.
