Belk is seeking an Operations Team Associate in Florence area. The role focuses on processing inbound truck deliveries, preparing merchandise for the sales floor, and supporting store fulfillment and maintenance.

You will assist with floor sets, price changes, and customer orders while maintaining a clean, organized back-of-house environment. Ideal candidates demonstrate ownership, strong customer service, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.

• Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
• Unload cartons from truck deliveries, sort by department, process, remove plastic, and hang items for sales floor readiness.
• Complete sensor tag application, product transfers, damage processing, and RFID tasks to support inventory accuracy.
• Assist with facilities processes, including lighting, work orders, store maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Support merchandising and store fulfillment with floor sets, product presentations, pricing changes, and order picking/packing.
• Maintain daily operational standards by replenishing supplies, supporting store recovery, and organizing supplies and equipment.
• Learn and apply operational processes and store policies; stay informed of products and promotions.
• Enhance in-store customer experience by greeting and assisting customers during peak periods.
• Contribute to a positive store culture by sharing knowledge and celebrating teamwork.
• Follow asset protection procedures and safety guidelines to minimize risk.
