Ferrero operates a Shift Operative Leader role at its Alba, Piedmont plant. You will lead production line activities, coordinate the line team on shift, and optimize resources across materials, methods, labor, and machinery.

You’ll start-up lines, handle interruptions, and support the Maintenance team. A Master’s in Engineering and experience in manufacturing are required, with fluency in Italian and English and willingness to mobility.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Initial experience in manufacturing companies.
• Good understanding of production processes.
• Willingness for international mobility.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Coordinate production line activities and manage line team on the shift.
• Ensure presence and optimization of resources (materials, methods, labour, machinery).
• Oversee start-up, interruption, or breakdown of lines in cooperation with Maintenance.
• Assist in allocation of resources and drawing up merit plans for the Production Unit Manager.
• Support and develop Continuous Improvement initiatives and ensure safety standards.
