HSPI S.p.A., a TXT Group company, is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join and strengthen its team at the Cologno Monzese office. The role focuses on developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions, driving requirements analysis, and delivering end-to-end implementations.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript skills, and experience with ITSM/CSM modules. Hybrid work mode is offered, with a competitive gross salary and CCNL Commercio contract.

• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks while meeting deadlines and objectives.
• Experience in technical requirements analysis and solution design.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with the ITSM and CSM modules.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, or similar) is a plus.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform;
• Analyze technical requirements and implement tailored solutions;
• Independently manage assigned tasks from planning through delivery;
• Provide technical support to functional analysts during analysis and implementation phases;
• Develop, maintain, and monitor integrations with external systems;
• Perform troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and continuous platform enhancements.

Required technical skills

• At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development;
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks while meeting deadlines and objectives;
• Experience in technical requirements analysis and solution design;
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and JavaScript;
• Hands-on experience with the ITSM and CSM modules;
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, or similar technologies) is considered a plus.

Preferred Technical Skills

• Experience with the SPM and ITOM ServiceNow modules is a plus.

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and functional teams complete the profile.

Education: Diploma or degree in STEM subjects.
