HSPI S.p.A. is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead a cross-functional team at its Sondrio office. The role focuses on coordinating 15 professionals, overseeing ServiceNow initiatives, and driving IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methods.

The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, align activities with objectives, and communicate with stakeholders while ensuring project progress and results in a hybrid work environment.

HSPI S.p.A., a company of the TXT Group, is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to expand and strengthen the team at its Sondrio office.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate a team of approximately 15 people, including developers, analysts, and testers;
• Lead and oversee the team’s activities on the ServiceNow platform;
• Plan and manage IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
• Manage customer relationships (customer management);
• Align the team’s activities with project objectives and client needs;
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication;
• Monitor project progress, performance, and results.

Required technical skills:

• Experience in IT project management;
• Ability to manage projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
• Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform;
• Experience in the operational management of technical teams (developers, analysts, testers);
• Skills in client management and project deliverables.

The ideal candidate also possesses strong coordination skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Education: Diploma or degree in STEM subjects.
