Cavotec cerca un Service Product Engineer MoorMaster per supportare clienti a livello globale e contribuire all’ottimizzazione di soluzioni di movimentazione e automazione. Si lavorerà con strumenti quali JIRA, Salesforce e MS Office e si collaborerà con team di assistenza tecnica e vendita.

Il candidato ideale possiede laurea in ingegneria elettrica, esperienza internazionale e ottime capacità di comunicazione in inglese.

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica o titolo equiparabile.
• Esperienza nella negoziazione di contratti di garanzia internazionali.
• Esperienza in ambienti multiculturali e internazionali.
• Buone capacità relazionali e comunicative in inglese.

Mansioni

• Supportare i clienti a livello globale usando JIRA, Salesforce e MS Office e soluzioni di accesso remoto.
• Assistere i team di service sul campo, risolvere sistemi complessi e gestire casi di garanzia.
• Fornire supporto ingegneristico al processo di modifica di prodotti esistenti per soddisfare requisiti del cliente.

Your mission

As a MoorMaster Service Product Engineer, you will support customers worldwide using tools such as JIRA, Salesforce, MS Office, and remote access solutions.

You will assist field service teams, troubleshoot complex systems, assess warranty cases, and support sales-related technical activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain expert level of assigned products’ knowledge and application.
• Provide technical expertise in support of improvements to existing product designs and/or propose new products’ concepts for further development by engineering.
• Provide engineering support to the process of modification of existing products to meet customer requirements, while retaining product function and quality.
• Act as a technical liaison between Field Service organization, Engineering and Operations influencing and persuading internal and external customers, with a proactive and can-do attitude, about the effectiveness of the new design solution proposed.
• Assist in resolving design related non conformities, ensuring quality processes are rigorously followed through Eight Disciplines Problem Solving (8D) and remedial actions are implemented by the CoE.
• Identify and propose solutions to escalating any technical or project related risks.
• Achieve expected quality standards and delivery time of service products in accordance with contractual obligations and Cavotec standards.
• Troubleshoot problems and attempt to identify causes for warranty problems in order to prevent and eradicate repeat occurrences.
• Cooperate with Field Service organization, Engineering and Sales departments to resolve matters regarding the warranty of sold products/solutions.
• Support the Service Spare Parts Manager in the identification of the spare parts.
• Support the Service Managers in the preparation of the technical document for the Field Service organization to execute the job.
• Support Field Service trouble shooting and diagnostic, propose remedial actions providing technical Customer Service and conducting product training on an as needed basis.
• Review and validate the assigned products’ documentation including OM manuals.

• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent background required;
• Experience in negotiating international warranty contracts;
• Worked in a multicultural environment;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in English

Near Milan (Italy) or near Bergen (Norway) or near Helsinki (Finland)
