NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) is seeking a Service Level Manager based in Naples, Italy. You will join CSU Naples to manage and maintain CIS services across peacetime, crisis, and war, acting as local service provider for multiple customers under the Enterprise Service Delivery Model.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent extensive experience, 2+ years in Service Management, and strong English communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years post-related experience, or 6+ years of relevant experience if no degree.
• Experience in Service Management environment and implementing SLM processes.
• Proven ability to design and implement productivity improvements.

Mansioni

• Contributes to continuity management plans and information system protections.
• Maintains risks, threats, vulnerabilities and mitigations; tracks KPIs and contract performance.
• Manages service requests and informs stakeholders for resolution.
• Monitors availability, capacity, and demand to ensure service levels are met.
