Position
- Service EMEA VOS Project Manager to join our team in Tognana, Italy.
- Service EMEA VOS Project Manager is responsible for leading and implementing, in Service Operations EMEA, Lean and Lean Six Sigma projects to improve business performance in alignment with key initiatives across the organization. Liaise with highly skilled team of change agents and Subject Matter Experts working with all other functional areas of the business as well as customers. Develop, execute and sustain effective process improvements that drive process and productivity improvements utilizing Lean methodologies and Digitalization opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the EMEA Service Operations Director, serve as a change agent by driving the required cultural transformation and the adoption of successful Lean process improvement practices and digital technologies, and by diagnosing barriers to project success and facilitating resolution.
- Duties will include project management, execution of projects, data analysis and preparation, mapping and documenting processes, training Lean methodology.
- Your main responsibilities as a Service EMEA VOS Project Manager will be decisions with direct impact on service operations and customers; frequently interacting with peer groups; information exchange and problem resolution; ability to lead change initiatives and drive process excellence.
- Lead service VOS communications, education and trainings.
- Implement site analyses including baseline operations and financial analysis and continuous measurement and improvement.
- Partner with other VOS managers to develop, deploy and harmonize VOS strategy within EMEA and globally.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- University Degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering) or equivalent; Six Sigma / Lean certifications, preferred.
- Required Experience : Proven track record of operational execution; prior experience in leading diverse teams to achieve a common goal; prior experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Minitab; project management experience preferred.
