Job summary

Hitachi Vantara is seeking an experienced PLM Windchill Architect to lead end-to-end Windchill PLM solution design and implementation. You will define roadmaps, gather requirements across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams, and drive transformation initiatives aligned with business goals.

You will mentor teams, conduct workshops with stakeholders, and ensure scalable, secure Windchill deployments integrated with ERP, MES, CAD, and other enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 16-18 years of experience in PLM, enterprise solution architecture, and large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in Windchill PLM and lead end-to-end Windchill solution architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead Windchill PLM solution architecture and implementation programs.
• Define PLM roadmaps and transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Gather and analyze requirements from engineering, manufacturing, quality, and service teams.
• Design scalable and secure Windchill architectures and data models.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders and guide data migration and cloud transformation initiatives.
