Job summary

Hitachi Vantara is seeking a senior Windchill PLM expert to lead end-to-end Windchill implementations, upgrades, and enhancements for diverse industry clients. You will translate business requirements into Windchill configurations, workflows and data migrations while coordinating with ERP, CAD, ALM and MES teams.

You will mentor junior consultants, drive quality governance, and ensure successful go-live with meticulous validation and training support across global delivery environments.

Qualifications

• 14-16 years IT/Engineering Systems experience with Windchill.
• Hands-on Windchill PLM implementations and support.
• Ability to lead workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Windchill implementation, upgrade, rollout and enhancement projects.
• Define configurations, customizations, integrations, and system requirements with technical teams.
• Prepare functional specs, BRDs, process maps and solution design documents.
• Support data migration activities: mapping, cleansing, validation and sign-off.
• Drive SIT, UAT, training, deployment and go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with ERP, CAD, ALM, MES and other enterprise teams for integration needs.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance to project teams.
• Provide leadership in issue resolution, risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure compliance with product development, change, document control and configuration processes.
