Job summary

Technogym S.p.A. is seeking a Content Editor to strengthen our editorial and communication team with a strategic voice, journalistic authority, and a passion for innovation in Health, Fitness & Wellness.

The role blends trend analysis, field research, and collaboration with various company functions to create newsworthy content aligned with our communication goals. A strong emphasis on interviews, reports, and editorial formats will shape our global brand.

Qualifications

• Membership in the Journalists' Association or an equivalent journalism background.
• At least 5 years of experience in newsrooms or editorial contexts/content strategy agencies.
• Authentic passion for Wellness and Sport with curiosity about physical activity, longevity, and sports culture.
• Excellent English (C1/C2) written and spoken) and native/bilingual Italian; second foreign language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ideation and writing: research, write, and curate highly newsworthy original content (long-form, newsletters, white papers, video news).
• Market and trend analysis: monitor emerging markets, business models, disruptive technologies, and consumer behavior in health and wellness.
• Editorial format development: propose narrative angles, series, and editorial frameworks to amplify the Technogym brand internationally.
• Interviews and reporting: conduct high-profile interviews with founders, executives, athletes, investors, doctors, and researchers.
• Reports and special projects: contribute to industry reports and corporate monographs.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with Press Office and Social Media to amplify news.
