Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the development of vapor‑compression refrigeration systems within the Product Research & Development team. You will drive technical solutions, coordinate testing and validation, and ensure documentation and standards compliance across projects.

You will interact with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality products while maintaining engineering best practices and a focus on continuous improvement.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of experience in refrigeration or related engineering fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of vapor‑compression refrigeration principles (psychrometrics, two‑phase flow, heat exchanger fundamentals).
• Experience developing complete refrigeration systems from concept to validation.
• Proficiency in technical English for reading and international communication.

Mansioni

• Lead technical development of vapor‑compression refrigeration systems and key components.
• Perform heat load calculations, system sizing, and component selection.
• Define test plans, instrumentation, and acceptance criteria for validation.
• Coordinate and guide project development respecting deadlines.
• Create and manage technical documentation (BOMs, drawings, specs, reports, test procedures).
