Kroll is seeking a Senior Associate to help clients fulfill complex financial reporting and tax requirements through advanced valuation methods. You will engage with clients, analyze financial data, and apply multiple valuation approaches. Leadership will involve mentoring junior staff and building strong client relationships.

The position emphasizes independence, technical mastery, and the ability to adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes while delivering clear, well-argued analyses to clients.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration (with a concentration in Accounting or Finance) or MBA.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience and integrity.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments in a team.

• Perform valuation analysis for a wide range of private and public corporate clients.
• Understand the client’s business model, strategy and industry challenges.
