Alter Domus, a global provider of integrated solutions for the alternative investment industry, seeks a senior accounting professional to support day-to-day and period-close processes. You will review entries, perform reconciliations, and provide variance analysis.

The role emphasizes IFRS knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills in English and French, and mentoring of junior staff in a fast-growing environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or economics.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to check and maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Team player with initiative and mentoring capability.

Mansioni

• Contribute to day-to-day and period-close processes.
• Review bookkeeping entries and closing books; prepare schedules and reconciliations.
• Analyze variances against benchmarks with explanations.
• Assist in VAT, tax returns, and regulatory reporting.
• Mentor and improve junior staff on daily tasks.
• Support annual audit processes and review financial statements.
• Collaboration with external parties as required.
• Drive process improvements and best-practice implementations.
