Amazon Advertising LLC is seeking a Sr. UX Designer to craft engaging, efficient experiences for the Sales and Partners UX team. You will design, test, and deploy interfaces that help Amazon Sales users achieve their goals at scale.

You will collaborate with product managers, research, and engineering through all phases of the Human Centered Design process, owning designs end-to-end and shaping the future of ads experiences worldwide.

• Ability to lead design across stages from ideation to deployment.
• Experience collaborating with product management, research, and engineering.

• Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research and technical constraints/opportunities.
• Quickly and thoroughly create user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives.
• Relentlessly simplify and distill complex processes into intuitive and elegant UI.
• Establish and maintain detailed user-interface patterns and specifications—working closely with developers to see your design through to deployment.
• Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from business leaders, product management, and engineering.
• Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
• Partner closely with other product and design teams across Amazon.
• Understanding of HTML, Javascript and CSS that informs design and interaction decisions.
• Strong prototyping and interaction design skillset.
• Expert design acumen demonstrated through owning product design end-to-end.
• Experience designing products for global markets.
• Excellent designing with and for AI
• Experience designing digital advertising solutions or enterprise products is a plus.
