Agoda is seeking aSenior Product Designer to lead UX/Interaction design within the Customer Experience Group. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape self-service experiences and define end-to-end design solutions that reduce friction for customers.

You will drive discovery, craft sophisticated flows, and communicate your decisions to both peers and leadership. Join a fast-paced, global team shaping travel experiences with user-centric design at the core.

Competenze

• 5+ years of full-time experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital or web-based products.
• In-house designer experience is highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Run discovery phases and help define product requirements.
• Test prototypes and hypotheses with users and collect feedback.
• Present work to peers and leadership, async and in-person.
• Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all hands, and squad meetings.
• Think and write about your process and decisions.
• Champion cohesion and consistency in UX design across a growing family of products.
