WON is seeking a senior designer to craft premium, high-conversion experiences for premium DTC brands. You will own end-to-end design from concept through production, collaborating with the VP of Design and cross-functional teams to push AI-native workflows.

You will design scalable component libraries, advance design systems, and use Claude Design and Figma MCP to ship fast. A strong portfolio and mastery of Figma are essential; ecommerce experience is highly valued.

Competenze

5+ years in digital design, agency or in-house.
Strong ecommerce / DTC experience.
A portfolio of modern, premium work, not template-driven.
Mastery in Figma.
Strong typography instincts.
Comfortable being measured by impact, not just output.
Familiarity with AI design tools such as Claude Design or Figma MCP.

Mansioni

Design high-conversion sites and landing pages that feel premium.
Design the full customer journey: acquisition, onboarding, PDP storytelling, checkout.
Design growth creative: paid social landing pages, quiz flows, bundles.
Build and maintain component libraries and design systems that scale.
Use Claude Design, Figma MCP, and automated asset generation to reduce production time.
Present work with conviction, backed by data from sessions and VOC.
