Qualifications

• BS/MS in business, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in sales for compute, cloud, or AI infrastructure services with pipeline ownership.
• Proven track record closing complex technical deals in AI/ML, cloud, HPC, or infra‑as‑a‑service environments.
• Deep experience selling GenAI/ML technology with understanding of models, frameworks, GPUs, storage, networking, orchestration.
• Strong technical curiosity and ability to dive into customer architectures with engineers and data scientists.
• Track record of building executive relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience with technology partners in data & GenAI spaces and consultative sales.
• Fluent in Italian & English.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for AI compute portfolio from prospecting to contract signature and expansion.
• Build trusted relationships with CIO/CTO, Head of AI/ML, and procurement stakeholders.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding workloads, data constraints, model strategy and TCO, translating into concrete solutions.
• Collaborate with Architects to design on‑prem and cloud‑like PCC deployments including sizing, topology, SLAs and pricing.
• Drive complex multi‑stakeholder sales motions, pilots/POCs, RFx responses and framework agreements.
• Maintain a strong pipeline with disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
• Co‑sell with technology partners to create joint value propositions for GenAI/ML workloads.
• Gather customer feedback for product and operations roadmaps.
