Job summary

Iveco Group is seeking a Supplier Quality Specialist to evaluate supplier capabilities, tooling, equipment, and processes, ensuring adherence to APQP and PPAP. You will manage a defined panel of suppliers and push for robust quality improvements across global product development and field support.

The role requires deep knowledge of industrial design/production processes, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to travel regularly to supplier sites.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• French language knowledge is a plus.
• Minimum five years in Design/Manufacturing Engineering, Product validation, or Process Quality.
• Solid knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes and quality tools (APQP, PPAP, ISO standards).
• Experience with problem solving methods (8D, Ishikawa, Pareto).
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Support global product development and ensure supplier conformance to Iveco Group requirements.
• Lead supplier Program Reviews and Process Audits including PPAP.
• Apply containment and corrective actions (CSL1/2/3) to achieve stable supplier conformity.
• Drive problem solving with techniques (8D, Ishikawa, Pareto).
• Verify capability studies and process stability (Cp, CPk).
• Support development of technical solutions with Suppliers and Digital/Procurement.
