Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Quality Eng Subdivision Modules to define, implement, and enhance supplier quality strategies. You will act as the main quality interface for assigned suppliers and coordinate improvement plans across divisions.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, 5+ years in supplier quality, and deep knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA and SPC, with willingness to travel to supplier sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, preferably automotive or power electronics.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA and SPC.

Responsabilités

• Manage supplier quality performance and act as main quality interface for assigned suppliers for Subdivision Modules.
• Coordinate supplier quality issues, non-conformities and corrective actions (8D).
• Oversee supplier qualification, audits, assessments and follow-up improvement plans.
• Identify supplier quality risks, trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate and escalate with suppliers in collaboration with Purchasing and Operations.
• Willingness to travel.
