MR PORTER is seeking a senior styling professional for our Milan studio. You will shape editorial and product imagery, guiding fashion styling to reflect our luxury vision.

The role requires leadership on set, strong organizational skills, and excellent English communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position focuses on fashion styling for e-commerce, model shoots, and on-set decisions, with a clear eye for detail, brand alignment, and a passion for menswear trends.

• 6+ years of experience in Menswear fashion styling within ecommerce or luxury.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

• Style and shoot E-Commerce on model shots that reflect our high-quality standards
• Act as a point of reference for styling decisions, ensuring alignment with the MrPorter creative vision and brand identity
• Provide styling feedback and quality control across all imagery, supporting the development and evolution of styling guidelines
• Support production planning, daily studio operations and resources allocation, helping to ensure the team is set up to meet daily targets
• Mentor assistants, junior and mid stylists providing support and guidance
• Strong balance of hitting targets and creative, individual flair

The type of person we are looking for:

• Graduate degree in fashion, styling or equivalent relevant education is an advantage
• At least 6 years of experience in Menswear fashion styling within the field of ecommerce or luxury
• Extraordinary styling competence and a strong eye for detail
• A true team player with positive attitude, composure and a strong work ethic as well as the ability to coordinate, guide and inspire a team on set
• A strong and deep knowledge of menswear brands, trends and menswears fashion specifics
• Excellent time management,organizational skills and reliability
• Excellent oral and written English skills

Starting annual gross base salary: €36.000. Final compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications and objective, gender-neutral criteria applied during the selection process.
