Job summary

PwC in Milano is seeking a Senior Associate for Strategy & Transformation to help corporate clients and Private Equity investors address growth, portfolio, and performance challenges.

You will analyze market trends, translate strategic ambitions into actionable initiatives, lead project workstreams, coach juniors, and contribute to proposals and business development. The role requires 3-4 years of relevant experience and full professional proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in strategy consulting or a similarly demanding environment.
• Experience leading project workstreams and supporting junior team members, managing complex analyses under tight timelines.
• Experience working with corporate clients on growth strategy, portfolio strategy, business transformation, and cost optimization, and with Private Equity on Commercial Due Diligence and value creation engagements.
• Knowledge of Industrial Products, Consumer Goods and Business Services.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and ability to contribute to proposals, business development and team-building.
