Job summary

In questa posizione presso LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton, garantirai operazioni di back-of-house efficienti per permettere al team di vendita di concentrarsi su interazioni con i clienti di alto livello. Gestirai layout di magazzino, consegne e disponibilità stock per ottimizzare l’esperienza cliente e supportare lo sviluppo del team di stock.

• Improve product availability by coordinating with Supply Chain and handling product requests.
• Support vendor contracts and store maintenance.
• Coach and develop the dedicated stock team.

Overview

In this role you ensure efficient back-of-house operations to enable the store team to focus on high-quality client interactions. You will oversee stock layout, deliveries and availability to optimize the client experience and support the stock team’s development. You collaborate with the Supply Chain and vendor partners to keep stock accurate and in good condition. This position combines operational excellence with people leadership in a luxury retail environment that values service and ownership.
