Job summary

LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton Ferrara cerca un responsabile stock back-of-house per ottimizzare l'organizzazione degli spazi, le consegne e la disponibilità.

Supervisionerà il team stock, collaborerà con la Supply Chain e i partner fornitori per garantire accuratezza e qualità del prodotto, in un contesto luxury.

Qualifications

• Minimo 5 anni di esperienza rilevante nel settore stock/logistica.
• Ottime doti organizzative e attenzione al dettaglio.
• Curiosità, empatia, agilità e approccio commerciale.
• Passione per il marchio Louis Vuitton e senso di servizio.
• Proattività, responsabilità e leadership del team stock.

Responsibilities

• Mantenere l'accuratezza dell'inventario e l'organizzazione logica degli stock room.
• Gestire operazioni di consegna e rifornire lo stock in modo rapido e preciso.
• Assicurare la disponibilità corretta dei prodotti in showroom per migliorare l'esperienza cliente.
• Migliorare la disponibilità coordinandosi con la Supply Chain e le richieste di prodotto.
• Supportare contratti con fornitori e la manutenzione del negozio.
• Coordinare e sviluppare il team stock dedicato.

Overview

In this role you ensure efficient back-of-house operations to enable the store team to focus on high-quality client interactions. You will oversee stock layout, deliveries and availability to optimize the client experience and support the stock team’s development. You collaborate with the Supply Chain and vendor partners to keep stock accurate and in good condition. This position combines operational excellence with people leadership in a luxury retail environment that values service and ownership.

Responsabilità

• - Maintain inventory accuracy and logical organization of stock rooms
• - Manage delivery operations and replenish stock quickly and accurately
• - Ensure right products are available on the sales floor to boost store efficiency and client experience
• - Improve product availability by coordinating with Supply Chain and handling product requests
• - Support vendor contracts and store maintenance
• - Coach and develop the dedicated stock team
