Job summary

LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton in Cremona invites you to join as a Stock & Inventory Lead, overseeing back-of-house stock, deliveries, and availability. You will collaborate with Supply Chain and partners to keep stock accurate and well-presented, driving exceptional client experiences in a luxury retail setting.

You will lead a dedicated stock team, develop processes, and ensure operational excellence with a focus on service and ownership within the Louis Vuitton brand.

• Support vendor contracts and store maintenance
• Coach and develop the dedicated stock team

In this role you ensure efficient back-of-house operations to enable the store team to focus on high-quality client interactions. You will oversee stock layout, deliveries and availability to optimize the client experience and support the stock team’s development. You collaborate with the Supply Chain and vendor partners to keep stock accurate and in good condition. This position combines operational excellence with people leadership in a luxury retail environment that values service and ownership.
