Job summary

LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton in Italia cerca un Stock Controller back-of-house per garantire operazioni efficienti. Gestirai inventario, disposizione dello stock, consegne e disponibilità per sostenere l’esperienza cliente di lusso e lo sviluppo del team stock, in stretta collaborazione con la supply chain e i partner fornitori.

Il ruolo richiede leadership, attenzione al dettaglio e almeno 5 anni di esperienza, passione per il marchio LV e orientamento al servizio.

• Improve product availability by coordinating with Supply Chain and handling product requests
• Support vendor contracts and store maintenance
• Coach and develop the dedicated stock team

Overview

In this role you ensure efficient back-of-house operations to enable the store team to focus on high-quality client interactions. You will oversee stock layout, deliveries and availability to optimize the client experience and support the stock team’s development. You collaborate with the Supply Chain and vendor partners to keep stock accurate and in good condition. This position combines operational excellence with people leadership in a luxury retail environment that values service and ownership.
