Job summary

LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton in Italy is seeking an experienced stock and inventory lead to ensure efficient back-of-house operations. You will oversee stock layout, deliveries, and availability to optimize client experience and support the stock team’s development.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain and vendor partners to keep stock accurate and in good condition, combining operational excellence with people leadership in a luxury retail environment that values service and ownership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and logical organization of stock rooms.

• Improve product availability by coordinating with Supply Chain and handling product requests.
• Support vendor contracts and store maintenance.
• Coach and develop the dedicated stock team.
